A5 Flat Invitation Card - Stardream Metallic Amethyst
- The simple A5 Flat Invitation Card is a traditional favourite for both wedding & christening invitations. It is not only generous in size but also easy to print and decorate.
- This A5 Flat Invitation Card is made from our premium metallic amethyst or mauve (a dustier & darker shade compared to a lilac or lavender but much lighter than a violette or purple colour) paper from Italy - double sided colour.
- For those trying to colour match, some Australian wholesalers have rebranded this product and called it Metallic Mauve.
- The card measures 148.5x210mm (exactly half of an A4 sheet).
- We use & recommend Helmar 450 Quick Dry Glue or Helmar Premium Craft Glue for gluing any inserts or decorative papers to the front panel. (sold separately)
- The invitation text is sometimes printed directly on the card. However, most often it is printed on a paper layer or a 13.85x20cm Flat Card which is glued to the onto the front of the card leaving a perfect 5mm border all round. (sold separately)
- All of our A5 Flat Cards fit into our standard C5 Envelopes. Our flat cards are specifically designed to fit our standard envelopes & box sizes.
- This A5 Flat Invitation Card is made from paper that is manufactured by Cordenons Impressive Papers in Italy and is converted and packaged by Paperglitz in Sydney, Australia. This is a premium range of papers that has for many years been a favourite for all wedding stationers.
- This range of papers is laser compatible and as a result it is the widely used for DIY wedding invitations and projects as many standard laser printers that can print on heavy card stock will produce beautiful results. Some have reported beautiful results with some inkjet printers but we don't recommend as ink performance differs greatly between brands and are slow to dry.
