C6 Scored Folding Invitation Card - Classique Striped White
- The C6 Scored Folding Invitation Card has long been one of the most versatile cards available and is widely used for wedding invitations, engagement invitations, christening invitations, birthday invitations, greeting cards and gift vouchers.
- This C6 Scored Folding Invitation Card is made from our stunning bright white stripe textured matte 216gsm card from the USA - Classique Stripe White which is double sided colour & texture.
- Direction of pattern runs across the long edge of the C6 Scored Folding Invitation Card when folded. If you require the pattern to run in the same direction as the short edge of the card (when folded), we can provide by special request for additional charge.
- This DIY Invitation Card arrives flat packed & unfolded making them easier to print. When folded they measure 14.85cm x 10.5cm and are commonly used in both portrait and landscaped formats. Strictly speaking they are in fact A6 Scored (1/2 an A4, folded in half) but as they fit in the C6 envelope we think it is easier to call them C6 to avoid any confusion.
- Tip : When working with scored cards, the bump on the score (or fold line) is always the inside. When ready to fold, place on clean flat surface with bumps facing up and gently fold the card over and align the corners. Whilst holding the corners together, gently flatten out the fold. For best results, make the fold sharp by rubbing gently with the back of a clean spoon.
- We use & recommend Helmar 450 Quick Dry Glue or Helmar Premium Craft Glue for gluing any inserts or decorative papers to the front panel. (sold separately)
- The invitation text is sometimes printed directly on the card. However, most often it is printed on a paper insert. (sold separately)
- It is also very easy to add a pocket® to this invitation card that can hold your RSVP Cards & Envelopes, Information cards, Maps etc. If your card will open sideways, use a 9.9cm Add A Pocket® or our new 9.9cm V Series Add A Pocket® on the inside of the left or right panels. This slightly smaller sized pocket allows enough room for the card to still close properly when folded but still large enough to hold our RSVP 11b Envelopes and our RSVP Cards without folding. If your card is going to open vertically, you can also use the larger 14.85cm Add A Pocket® or our new 14.8cm V Series Add A Pocket® on the bottom. - All of our C6 Scored Folding Cards fit into our standard C6 Envelopes or our C6 Invitation Boxes, unless bulky decorations are used. (sold separately)
- This C6 Scored Folding Invitation Card is made from paper that is manufactured in the USA and is converted & packaged by Paperglitz in Sydney, Australia. This is a premium range of papers that has for many years been a favourite for all wedding stationers.
