14.85cm Square Scored Folding Invitation Card - Semi Gloss White Lumina

• The versatile 14.85cm Square Scored Folding Invitation Card has long been the most popular shape card for wedding invitations - both professional and DIY.
• This 14.85cm Square Scored Folding Invitation Card is made from one of the smoothest and brightest bleach boards available! It is a 315gsm card from Finland and has been finished with our stunning Lumina embossing. The embossed side is semi-gloss white and the reverse side is plain matte white. Bleach board is generally used for product packaging but also makes affordable invitation & greeting cards.
• Direction of pattern is along the long edge of the unfolded 14.85cm Square Scored Folding Invitation Card (run up and down the card in portrait format). If you require the pattern to run in the same direction as the short edge of the unfolded card, we can provide by special request for additional charge.
• This DIY Invitation Card arrives flat packed & unfolded making them easier to print. When folded they measure 14.85cm x 14.85cm square.
• Tip : When working with scored cards, the bump on the score (or fold line) is always the inside. When ready to fold, place on clean flat surface with bumps facing up and gently fold the card over and align the corners. Whilst holding the corners together, gently flatten out the fold. For best results, make the fold sharp by rubbing gently with the back of a clean spoon.
• We use & recommend Helmar 450 Quick Dry Glue or Helmar Premium Craft Glue for gluing any inserts or decorative papers to the front panel. (sold separately)
• The invitation text is sometimes printed directly on the card. However, most often it is printed on a paper insert or a 13.85cm Square Flat Card which is glued to the inside of the card. (sold separately)
• It is also very easy to add a pocket^® to this invitation card that can hold your RSVP Cards & Envelopes, Information cards, Maps etc. If your card will open sideways, use a 14.25cm Add A Pocket^® or our new 14.5cm V Series Add A Pocket^® on the inside of the left or right panels. This slightly smaller sized pocket allows enough room for the card to still close properly when folded. If your card is going to open vertically, you can also use the slightly larger 14.85cm Add A Pocket^® on the bottom and it will hold our RSVP 11b Envelopes and our RSVP Cards. Alternatively, you can use our new 14.8cm V Series Add A Pocket^® on them bottom for a modern "V" shaped pouch look. (Add A Pockets^®, envelopes & RSVP Cards sold separately)
• All of our 14.85cm Square Scored Folding Cards fit into our standard 160x160mm Square Envelopes or our 160x160mm Square Invitation Boxes. Our folding cards are specifically designed to fit our standard envelopes & box sizes. Other wholesalers often sell the smaller 14cm version which needs a smaller envelopes (at the same or higher prices as our larger ones!).
• This bleachboard paper is manufactured in Finland and is converted and packaged by Paperglitz in Sydney, Australia. This bleach board is light but rigid and is widely used by wedding stationers for bomboniere boxes and invitation boxes. It also also popular for chocolatiers and cake makers looking for safe packaging boxes.
• It is also widely used for Annual Reports, Brochures, Menus, Greeting Cards, Invitations and blister packaging, freezer & fridge and a wide range of general quality packaging.
