Home based businesses or businesses with restricted delivery hours - particularly important information is contained for you below.

Pick Up - In person

  • Free Pickup by you or immediate family is available to local Sydney customers in person. Please select "PICK UP - By Me In Person" during checkout to choose this option. If ordering offline, please ring or email us in advance to make an appointment for any pick ups.
  • We will email your registered email address when ready to collect. Please do not come to collect before receiving such notification.

Pick Up - Your Own Courier

  • You may arrange for your own courier to collect your order from our warehouse. Please select PICK UP - By My Own Courier" during checkout to choose this option and leave a comment of which courier company is going to collect. If ordering offline, please ring or email us in advance to make an appointment for any pick ups by your couriers.
  • It is your responsibility to inform the courier company of the delivery details (e.g. connotes etc). We will label your boxes with delivery address but we won't arrange or complete consignment notes for you.
  • Dangerous Goods Declaration to your courier company is your responsibility. We will not complete nor sign such declarations on your behalf.
  • We will email your registered email address when ready to collect - after your order has been picked and your payment has been received. Please do not arrange or book your courier to collect before receiving such notification. Further, if we send the courier away as it is not ready for collection, we will not be held liable for any additional charges they may impose upon you for a futile pickup.
  • If you send couriers to collect before we advise by email that your order is ready or if we experience any adverse issues with this service from either you or your couriers, then we may withdraw this service to you without further notice or recourse.
  • An administration, handling and packing fee will be applied in order to correctly package and label your goods and to cover the time we spend dealing with your individual courier. This fee is currently $3 for Australian deliveries and $15 for International Deliveries. You are responsible for all costs related to the use of your own courier and you assume all liability for delays, loss or damage once the order has been collected from our premises.

Freight arranged by Paperglitz - General

  • We act as your shipping agent. All freight, shipping and delivery services offered by Paperglitz are at the request and risk of the buyer. You assume all responsibility for the goods once has left our premises, including delays, loss and/or damage during transit. Delivery time frames shown are an estimate only and are not guaranteed.
  • Freight costs are additional to all product prices shown on this website.
  • Freight costs calculated on this website are provided in good faith but are only estimates and we reserve the right to amend the freight costs and charge you accordingly once an order has been actually picked and packed. An example is if you place an order for delivery with a 3kg satchel but we find that once we have actually picked & packed the order, that we find it physically does not fit in the satchel, then we will contact you to advise. You will then have the option of ordering & paying for an additional or larger satchel, change the delivery method or cancel the order.
  • Freight arranged by us will only be sent to your registered delivery address. Drop shipping directly from our warehouse to your customer is not a standard service we offer. This can be done by prior arrangement but additional terms and charges will apply - please contact us for details.
  • No PO Boxes. As we deliver via couriers, please do not include a PO box as your delivery method. All orders with PO boxes will be rejected and we accept no responsibility for any loss by you as a result of delivery delay or order cancellation.
  • We only use reputable major courier companies (currently Toll Ipec) for standard deliveries within Australia. We can offer you standard road freight or an express overnight Express / Priority delivery via airmail. Due to our high volumes, we can offer very competitive rates on all domestic freight deliveries.

  • We also offer the services of Australia Post for parcel delivery. This is a Receipted Delivery service so tracking is possible but no insurance is included. This service costs an additional $2.95 inc. GST and included the postage rates displayed on our website during checkout. We mainly only use this service so tracking can be enabled. Whilst we will still enter your leave safe location, Australia Post may ignore this request and you may be required to collect your parcel from your local post office. You assume all risk for selecting this service.
  • The introduction of Australia Post - Standard Parcel post does not negate the our registration/account requirements of no PO boxes and a valid Leave Safe Location required for all residential addresses or commercial addresses with restricted trading hours. Couriers are our default/preferred delivery method and they do not deliver to PO boxes and redelivery charges are payable.

  • Sydney customers also have the option of same day delivery via courier. This service cannot be booked online. Please call or email us to request a quote.
  • Re-directions (you requesting a change of address after goods dispatched) are expressly prohibited. If you attempt to redirect a parcel, you will be doing so at the couriers full rates, as we only negotiate rates for routes from our warehouse. These rates often run into hundreds of dollars. If you re-direct a delivery, you agree to reimburse us all of the costs passed onto us by our couriers plus an additional $20 administration fee. We have seen these costs exceed $150.00 so please do NOT re-direct any of our deliveries.
  • International Customers - we only provide shipment to international countries by international couriers using Air Freight. We deliver to all major destinations around the world including USA, UK, Europe, Canada, New Zealand etc. Our prices are for the freight costs only. Any import duties, tariffs, taxes and charges imposed by your country are your responsibility. You are responsible for these charges and should familiarise yourself with your country's charges around import duties and tariffs.
  • As listed in the payment section, Risk is assumed by the buyer upon dispatch of order from Paperglitz premises, which includes loss and damage during transit. Any claims for loss or damage during transit will not be accepted by Paperglitz unless the damage can be shown to be directly caused by the way we packaged your parcel (e.g. we bent the papers by putting it in a box that was too small to hold a packet of paper nice and flat). Whilst we take care in packaging orders, we will not be responsible for damage due to rough handling (e.g. boxes dropped, squashed etc). Shipping is provided at the request of the buyer and the buyer assumes all risks associated with having orders shipped. If you would prefer to arrange you own couriers, you are welcome to do so.
  • To protect your self against loss/damage of your parcels during transit, our current couriers (Toll Ipec) offer "Extra Service" which is similar to insurance. We can purchase this on your behalf, at your request for a charge of $15 per consignment (max value AU$800). This service is currently only available to domestic Australian deliveries. If you wish to have us purchase this "Extra Service" for your deliveries, please ensure you clearly indicate this at the time of placing your order. Any claims will need to be physically received by us from the courier before we can reimburse you.
  • We make no guarantee of delivery time frames and will not accept any liability for late deliveries. Whilst we track the performance of our couriers, all time frames are intended as a guide only and not a guarantee. If you need a guaranteed service, please arrange your own couriers to collect.
  • Any offer by us for free or reduced freight is subject to the additional conditions of that offer. Further, any free freight offer by us is still at the request of the buyer and you assume all liability for any loss, damage or delays once the order has left our warehouse. If we have a free freight offer, you are still welcome to pickup or have your own couriers collect as per normal. However, there will be no discount or refund issued in lieu of your acceptance of our free freight offer.
  • Any free or reduced freight offers by us are only applicable to domestic Australian deliveries and to major capital cites. International and/or remote domestic locations will not be eligible for any free freight offers, regardless of whether or not the website accepts an order with such offers to those locations.
  • Paperglitz reserves the right to amend the chosen delivery method as it sees fit. Free freight will be sent via the most economical method and is at our sole discretion. If you chose a different method (e.g. Priority Express Satchel for overnight service) that service must be paid by you in full. There will be no discount or refund issued in lieu of you choosing a different and/or a more expensive freight method.

Freight arranged by Paperglitz - Residential Addresses and Business with Restricted Delivery Hours

  • As we use couriers, we do not ship to PO Boxes, nor do we ship to residential addresses or businesses with trading hours of less than Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm, as all deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If your address falls into one of these categories, then you are required to either: a) suggest that you nominate an alternative address where someone is always available to receive & sign for courier deliveries (e.g. your place of permanent work) or, b) if this is not possible, then you may nominate a "leave safe location" at the premises where where your parcel can be left if no-one is home or available to sign. It is important to understand that if "leave safe location" is provided, there is no re-course with us or the courier should your parcel go missing after we have dispatched it and there is no ability for you to request a Proof of Delivery. We cannot complete this form for you.
  • Re-delivery Charges - Important for home based businesses and businesses with restricted trading hours. All deliveries are made by courier and they will attempt to deliver between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you are not able to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, we are charged a $26.50 re-delivery fee. You agree to allow us to automatically charge you for this amount once we are notified by the courier company for each re-delivery attempt. This may be several weeks later when the courier invoices arrive. Failure to pay the re-delivery fee will result in your account being suspended and debt collection proceedings being commenced.

  • Whilst we have introduced Australia Post - Standard Parcel Post it is not possible to block an account from accessing either Courier or Australia Post - they are available to all customers - so it does not negate the our registration/account requirements of no PO boxes and a valid Leave Safe Location required for all residential addresses or commercial addresses with restricted trading hours. Couriers are our default/preferred delivery method and they do not deliver to PO boxes and redelivery charges are payable.
